The changes that reached Syniray, newest first, and what is being built now. Each entry shows its date, category and status.

Syniray Connector 0.16.1: permissions taken away apply at once
When you take away a folder or a permission of a computer in Syniray, the connector on that computer now reads the change within about a second and the next tool already runs without it. It used to wait for its regular refresh, up to a minute. Update the connector to 0.16.1 to get it; older connectors keep refreshing every minute.
Syniray Connector 0.16.0: production and the Syniray Preview never mix
The connector now works with one Syniray at a time, chosen explicitly: without a setting it connects to production (api.syniray.ai) exactly as before; with --env=preview it connects to the Syniray Preview (preview.syniray.ai), with its own folder (~/.syniray-preview) and its own token. Each folder remembers the environment it was paired with, a token minted by one is never sent to the other, the server checks the environment on every request, and if the Preview cannot be reached the connector stops with the reason instead of trying anywhere else.
Syniray Connector 0.15.2: the live view of the Syniray Browser shows the agent at 5 frames a second
While you watch the Syniray Browser, the agent's actions now reach your screen at 5 frames a second instead of 3, so a click shows up sooner. Measured before the change: the agent works just as fast and the computer does the same work; only the images sent grow a little. When the view is constrained (a slow connection, a frame too large, a send that failed) it goes back to 3. When you drive the browser yourself it stays at 8.
Syniray Connector 0.15.1: the Syniray Browser clicks an animated element at normal speed
A click on an element that animates without end, such as a pulsing button or a game, used to wait the whole 10-second action clock for the browser's stability check and then fail. The Syniray Browser now waits 1.5 seconds, then checks the rest itself (the element is visible, enabled and nothing covers its centre) and clicks. A covered element is still never clicked.
Syniray Reverse: several analyses at once, a history menu and honest step states
Analyses no longer queue behind one another: a website starts while a long app decompilation runs, and each account's analyses are served fairly. Each step of an analysis now says what really happened (done, partial, needs attention, limited, skipped, failed or waiting). The history has the Chat's three-dot menu: rename, move to a Project and delete. Deleting removes the results, evidence, code index, exports and briefs for good.
Syniray Connector 0.15.0: the computer reports what it can build and analyse with
The connector measures its own toolchain (operating system, Xcode and its SDKs, simulators, Swift and the analysis tools) and shows it in doctor, without sending any path or user name. Syniray Code tells the agent when a native iOS or macOS project needs Xcode, instead of switching it to another platform.
Syniray Reverse (beta): understand how software works, with evidence you can check
A new product, part of Pro and Max: upload an app, a program, a firmware image or a website you may examine, and get a report in which every statement cites its evidence and says how sure it is. The analysis is static — nothing you upload is run — and every tool works inside a sandbox. Findings can be handed to Syniray Code.
Syniray Connector 0.14.4: tested on Windows, the Syniray Browser directly in PowerShell
Tested on Windows 11 in WSL 1 with Ubuntu and directly in PowerShell. The Syniray Browser now runs directly on Windows, with its sandbox on; in PowerShell, a command the agent tries to run tells it to use WSL. On Linux, browser status no longer says the browser is ready when it cannot start — in WSL 1, or with system libraries missing — and names the fix. Git inspection now recognises an authorised folder written with other capital letters than the disk's. 0.14.4 replaces 0.14.3.
Syniray Connector 0.14.3: repository metadata protected, Git pinned
The file tools no longer write or delete a repository's own metadata — anything inside .git, in any spelling, through a link, or a Git folder under another name — while ordinary files such as .gitignore stay editable. The Git inspection tool now runs one checked Git installation, never a program inside the project; it refuses a repository that borrows objects from outside the authorised folders; and in a folder of a larger repository it sees that folder only. 0.14.3 replaces 0.14.2.
Syniray Connector 0.14.2: a stricter Git inspection tool
The Git tool the agent uses to inspect a repository now accepts only the commands and options on a fixed list, checks every option and operand before anything starts, and refuses forms that write a file, reach the network or start a program — for example --output, --no-index, --ext-diff, status -v, creating a branch and remote show. It also refuses a repository whose own settings could make Git run a program or reach outside the project, and it runs Git with its hooks, filters and transports switched off. Some forms that used to work, such as describe --dirty, are no longer available.
Syniray Connector 0.14.1: fixes from a Windows test
A test on Windows 11 in PowerShell, against a test server, found defects that 0.14.1 fixes: the token file is restricted to your Windows account, Git that cannot start is reported as failed, Git never uses a program or settings that a project carries, recursive Windows deletions such as del /s /q C:\* are refused as rm -rf / already was, the self-tests skip by name the checks that need symbolic links when Windows does not allow them instead of crashing, and a local model address the connector does not accept is no longer silently replaced by the default one. The guide now shows how to uninstall from PowerShell.
Cancel your subscription in Settings
Settings › Plan & Credits now has Cancel subscription: you keep your plan and its credits until the end of the period you have already paid, then your account moves to Free. Until that date, Resume subscription takes it back.
Annual plans get their credits every month
An annual Pro or Max plan now receives its monthly credit allowance each month of the year, instead of once at the start.
Syniray's fonts are served by Syniray
The two typefaces of the sites now come from Syniray's own servers on every page, so no page asks Google Fonts for them — and the cookie panel, which existed only for those fonts, is gone.
Deep Research, Fact Check, documents and the Agent live in the Chat
Their separate pages are retired: you run all four from the Chat's + menu, inside your conversation. Links you shared to reports, checks, documents and agent tasks keep opening.
Syniray Hub, legal centre and cookie choices
A Hub to search everything about Syniray, with a Contact page and this Changelog; a legal centre with the Privacy Policy, the Terms of Service and a new Cookie Policy; and a cookie panel that asks before loading Google Fonts. Discovery also gains pages for Syniray Library, Syniray Projects and the Syniray Connector installation guide.
Discovery pages for every product
Discovery explains, in detail, what Syniray, Syniray Code, Syniray Academy, Syniray Models and Syniray Enterprise do, how they work and which plan includes each part, with answers to common questions.
Stop an answer in the Chat
While an answer is being written, the send button turns into a Stop button; a stopped answer keeps what it had written and is charged only for the work done so far, or nothing if no text had appeared yet. Closing the page does not stop it.
Max: four answers at once and dedicated support
The Max plan’s description now names two things it includes: up to four answers at the same time in the Chat and the Academy (two on Pro), and dedicated support at [email protected], an address that only accepts mail from active Max accounts.
Answers keep running when you leave
Answers in the Chat and the Academy, and agents started from the Chat, carry on if you close or reload the page. Open it again and it picks up where the answer is, without running or charging it twice; in the Academy, a Stop button ends an answer when you want.
New Max price and credits
Max now costs $100, €100 or £100 a month with 300,000 credits — five times the 60,000 of Pro, which costs $20, €20 or, now, £20. A year costs the price of ten months, and when a paid plan ends you receive one e-mail saying so.
Continue an answer that was cut
When an answer reaches the model’s output limit, Continue carries it on in the same message, with the same model and settings — in the Chat, in Deep Research inside the Chat and in the Academy. An answer that comes back empty is shown as an error and is not charged.
A work plan for your questions
Questions in the Chat, except the very shortest, come with a short work plan. Each step is marked as it starts, finishes, fails or is skipped while the answer is written, and the plan is saved with the answer.
Web search in Syniray Code on your computer
Sessions that run on your own computer can search the web, and the sources appear in the turn. It needs Syniray Connector 0.14.0 or later; each search is charged in credits whatever model you use, and it is not available in cloud sessions.
Deep Research that survives a dropped connection
Deep Research and Fact Check runs keep going if the connection drops: the page reconnects and catches up with what it missed. A Stop button ends a run, and only the work already done is charged.
Read aloud in a natural voice
Answers can be read aloud in a natural voice, in the language the answer is written in. Each part is charged only after it has been delivered and the cost is shown on screen; on shared pages, your device’s own voice reads instead.
Actions under every answer
Answers in the Chat, the Academy and Syniray Code have Copy, Read aloud, Good answer, Bad answer and Redo, plus a note naming the model that generated them. Sources open in one panel, the same in the Chat and the Academy.
Syniray Library and Syniray Projects
Syniray Library gathers every file you uploaded or Syniray created in your conversations, with favourites and folders, and Syniray Projects groups your conversations, Deep Research reports, fact checks, documents and agent tasks. Both have their own page with search and a grid or list view, and projects can also be sorted.
GPT-6 Astra, Claude Fable 5.1 and reasoning effort
Max adds GPT-6 Astra and Claude Fable 5.1, while Claude Opus 5.5 and GPT-6.1 Sol become part of Pro. On Max you can choose how much each model reasons, up to its highest level; on Pro the level is set automatically.
A composer made for phones
On phones, the Chat, the Academy and Syniray Code have their own composer, with the model, the settings and attachments in panels that slide up from the bottom of the screen.
Your credits are the budget of a Code task
A Syniray Code task has no fixed credit limit: it runs while your balance covers its next step, never below zero, and when credits run out it pauses and offers to buy credits and to continue, without repeating or re-charging work already done. The agent’s activity now appears as it is written.
Syniray Code without a step limit
Tasks no longer stop after a fixed number of steps: they end when the work is done, when it stops making progress or when a time limit is reached, and a paused task can be continued. You also see what the agent is doing as it works, the real number of lines added and removed in each change and, for a session on your computer, the files in its folder.

Syniray Code on your own computer
Choose where the agent runs — in Syniray’s cloud or on your computer through Syniray Connector — and, separately, where the model comes from: Syniray, your own API key or, on your computer, a local model. Sessions can be renamed, stopped and deleted, and your computers are managed from one list.
Grok 4.7 from xAI
Grok 4.7 joins the catalogue on Pro and reads text and JPG or PNG images. It is the first model priced by the size of the request: when the input reaches 200,000 tokens, every token of that request is charged at twice the rate.
A refreshed model catalogue
Syniray 2.0 moves to a newer open-source model, and the catalogue moves to Gemini 3.8 Flash, Claude Sonnet 5.5, Claude Opus 5.5, GPT-6 Luna, GLM-5.3 and a newer GPT model on Max, with credit rates recalculated from each model’s current price. An answer that comes back empty is no longer charged in the Chat or the Academy.
Academic memory in Syniray Academy
An optional memory — off until you turn it on and accept how it works — lets the tutor take into account the topics you find hard or already know, and the Academy recommends what to review next. You can see, change, export or erase it in Settings › Academy, and it is kept apart from the Chat’s memory.
Real files from the Chat and the Academy
On Pro and Max, ask for a Word document, a presentation, a PDF or a spreadsheet and Syniray writes a real DOCX, PPTX, PDF or XLSX file from the answer, with the model you chose. The file is charged only when it is delivered.
Language learning in Syniray Academy
Learn English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German or Italian through conversations that correct your mistakes, vocabulary and grammar quizzes, translation and written pronunciation tips. Pro includes two active language profiles; Max has no limit and lets you write your own scenarios.
Practice, mock exams and study plans
Create quizzes from your documents, notes, a topic or your past mistakes, practise with instant feedback and sit timed mock exams graded when you submit them. Your mistakes are recorded, so the Academy can recommend what to review and build a study plan towards your exam date.
Courses, subjects and topics
Organise your study into courses, each with its own documents, and into subjects and topics, and file your sessions and notes under them. The Academy also gets its own tab in Settings, reachable from every page.
Study from your own documents
Upload PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, text or Markdown files and the tutor answers from them — it can name the page an answer comes from — or turns them into a summary, key concepts or a study guide. Documents are stored encrypted and stay until you delete them.
Syniray Academy’s AI tutor
The first part of Syniray Academy: an AI tutor for students that explains step by step and gives a hint, the next step, an explanation or the full solution when you ask. You choose the model for each message among your plan’s models, and each answer is charged at that model’s rate.
