Syniray Library
Your files, together and easy to find.
Every file you uploaded or Syniray created in your conversations — images, PDFs, documents, spreadsheets and presentations — and the documents of the other Syniray products, in one place, with search, favourites and folders.
Open the LibraryOverview
One place for the files of your conversations
The Syniray Library collects the files of your conversations. A file you attach to a message, an image you generate, a document, spreadsheet or presentation Syniray creates for you — each one appears here with the conversation it came from.
You do not have to save anything: the Library fills up as you work. You can also add files directly, find them by name, mark the important ones with a star and sort them into folders.
The PDF you attached last week, the presentation Syniray made for you yesterday, an image you generated this morning — all in the same list, ready to open, download or bring back into the Chat.
What it holds
Four sources, one list
Files you upload
Files you attach to a message in the Chat, and files you add directly with New › Upload file.
Files Syniray creates
Images you generate in the Chat, and the Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files Syniray creates when you ask for a file.
Agent deliverables
The files the Syniray Agent delivers when you give it a task from the Chat.
The other products
Your Syniray Academy documents, the files you attached to Syniray Code sessions and your completed Syniray Reverse analyses — shown where they live, without a copy.
Find and organise
Easy to find, your way
Search by name
Type part of a file's name and the list updates as you write. The search looks at file names, not at what is inside the files.
Quick filters
Switch between Suggestions, Favourites, Folders, Images and All. Suggestions shows your newest files from the last 30 days.
Favourites
Mark a file with the star and find it again under Favourites.
Folders
Create up to 100 folders, rename them and move each file into one of them. Deleting a folder keeps its files in your Library.
Grid or list
See your files as a grid or a list — this browser remembers your choice. Images show a thumbnail, and every file shows its type, size, date and where it came from.
Actions
Open, download or use it again
Open
Opens the file in a new tab. PDFs, images and text files are shown by your browser; other formats, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, are downloaded.
Download
Saves a copy to your device, under the name it has in your Library.
Use in a conversation
Opens the Chat with the file already attached to your next message, as if you had just uploaded it.
Included in: ProMax
Delete
Removes a file from your Library after you confirm, and it no longer opens from the conversation that used it.
Formats and limits
What you can upload
Supported formats
You can upload images (JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP), PDFs and plain text files. The type is checked from the file's content, not from its name.
File size
Each file you upload can be up to 5 MB, in the Library and in the Chat.
2 GB of space
Your own uploads can take up to 2 GB per account; files Syniray creates for you do not count. When that space is full, delete files you uploaded and no longer need to make room.
Uploading on Pro and Max
Adding files — in the Library or in the Chat — needs an active Pro or Max plan. Browsing, organising, downloading and deleting your files needs only a signed-in account.

How it works
From a conversation to your Library

Add files directly
Or upload them straight into the Library with New › Upload file — you can pick several at once.
Find and organise
Search by name, switch filters, mark favourites with the star and sort files into folders.
Use it again
Open or download a file, or bring it into the Chat with Use in a conversation.
Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is in my Library?
The files you attached in the Chat or uploaded to the Library, the images you generated in the Chat, the Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDF files the Chat created for you, and the files of agent tasks you started from the Chat.
Do I have to add files myself?
No. Files from your conversations appear automatically, with the conversation they came from. New › Upload file is there for the files you want to keep outside a conversation.
Can I upload Word, Excel or PowerPoint files?
No. You can upload images (JPEG, PNG, GIF and WebP), PDFs and plain text files, up to 5 MB each. Word, Excel and PowerPoint files appear in your Library when Syniray creates them for you in the Chat.
Do I need Pro or Max?
To add files and to use them in a conversation, yes — with an active Pro or Max plan. Opening your Library, searching, organising, downloading and deleting files needs only a signed-in account.
What happens to my files if I delete a conversation?
They stay in your Library. The Library sets no expiry date: a file stays until you delete it. The one exception is a file an agent task produced, which also goes when you delete that task.
Are my Academy documents and Syniray Code files here too?
Yes. The Library lists them where they live, without copying them: the Chat's files, your Syniray Academy documents, the files you attached to Syniray Code sessions and your completed Syniray Reverse analyses. Each one opens and downloads through its own product; favourites and folders are for the Chat's files.
