Frequently asked questions
Who is Syniray Academy for?
For students — at school, at university or learning on their own. It is designed for studying, not for teaching or managing classes.
Will it do my homework for me?
It helps you learn: you can ask for a hint, the next step or an explanation before the full solution. It does not help while you are taking an exam.
Which documents can I use?
PDF, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, CSV, text and Markdown files, and images with the models that read them — up to 20 documents, 100 MB in total and 10 MB per file.
How are quizzes graded?
Questions with one right answer are graded automatically. Open answers are graded by the model against a model answer and its criteria.
Which languages can I learn?
English, Portuguese, Spanish, French, German and Italian. Pro gives you up to 2 active language profiles; Max has no limit and lets you write your own scenarios.
Does the Academy remember me?
Only if you turn on academic memory. It is off by default, and you can see, clear or turn it off whenever you want.
Is the Academy included in the Free plan?
No. Syniray Academy is part of Pro and Max.
Can I export what I study?
Yes: answers, notes, quizzes and study plans can be exported to Word, PDF, PowerPoint or Excel.
