    Syniray is where you talk to AI. You pick the model for each message — or let Best Mode pick — and every answer shows how it was made: the work plan, the reasoning as it happens and the pages it used.

    From there you can go deeper: research a topic in depth, check claims, hand a task to an agent, create files or images, and keep it all organised in projects.

      Pick the model for each message from your plan's catalogue — 15 models in all. The conversation keeps its context when you change.

    Work plan and Thinking

    See the work while it happens

    • Work plan

      A question gets a short plan of the steps the answer will follow. Each step shows its real state as the answer moves on: waiting, in progress, done, or skipped.

    • Thinking

      With models that reason, you can follow their thinking as they work. It is filtered first: instructions, your personal details and anything that looks like a secret are never shown, and the Thinking is never stored.

    • Charts and diagrams

      When numbers or structures help, the answer can include charts and diagrams, drawn by Syniray from validated data — never from code written by the model.

    Files, images and agents

    From an answer to something you can use

    • Files and images for analysis

      Attach images, PDFs and text files to a message. Each model reads the formats it supports, and Syniray only offers what the chosen model can read.

      Ask for a file and the answer becomes a real document, spreadsheet or presentation, written for that format and ready to download.

    Your work, organised

    Nothing gets lost along the way

    • History, projects and library

      On Pro and Max your conversations are kept in your account and can be grouped in projects, and your files live in a library. On Free, the last 30 conversations are kept in your browser.

    • Continue long answers

      If an answer reaches the length limit of one generation, Continue makes the same answer grow from where it stopped — nothing is repeated or charged twice.

    • Stop at any time

      Stop an answer while it is being written. What was already written is kept, and you can continue it later.

    • Keeps working without you

      Close the tab or lose the connection: answers, Deep Research and agents keep running, and you find the result when you come back.

    • Read aloud

      Listen to an answer in a natural voice. It uses credits, according to its length.

    Sharing

    Share a conversation with a link

    • Create a public link

      In a conversation, choose Share, then Create public link, and copy the link. Sharing is part of Pro and Max.

    • What the link shows

      Anyone with the link can open the conversation, without an account: its title, the model, the date, your name and profile picture, and every message — including those you add later — with the answers' sources and files. Shared pages ask search engines not to index them.

    • Stop sharing

      Open Share again and choose Keep private: the link stops working at once. Sharing the conversation again creates a new link — the old one stays off. Deleting the conversation also ends its link.

    • Before you share

      Read the conversation first and leave out personal information — yours and other people's. What you share follows the acceptable use rules of the Terms of Service.

    Memory and Personalization

    Say it once, not in every conversation

    • Memory

      Syniray keeps what you ask it to remember and uses that information in all your future conversations. You add each memory yourself in Settings › Memory, where you can also delete it or switch memory off.

    • Personalization

      Your instructions to Syniray are followed in all your conversations, on any model. Instructions and memory guide the Chat's answers — Deep Research, Fact Check, document generation, the Agent, Syniray Academy and Syniray Code don't use them.

    Settings

    Every setting, explained

    Open Account and Settings from your profile menu, on any page of the app. Here is what each option does, and where it applies.

    Account and security

    Who you are on Syniray, and how your account is kept safe.

    • Profile

      Change your name, the name Syniray calls you in the Chat, your professional area and your avatar (from an image link). Your username, email, country, gender and phone number are shown here but cannot be changed here.

    • Security

      Change your password by entering your current one and a new one of at least 8 characters. If your account signs in with Google or Apple, this tab is not shown.

    • Sessions

      See the latest sign-ins to your account — device, approximate location, IP address and time — and end any other session, or all the others at once.

    • Account

      Sign out, or delete your account for good: you confirm by typing DELETE (and your password, unless your account signs in with Google or Apple). Your account and conversations are deleted and any active subscription is cancelled — this cannot be undone.

    Personal preferences

    How the Chat answers you, how the app looks and the language of its menus.

    • Personalization

      Tell Syniray how you want it to answer — tone, length, format, what you do — in up to 2,000 characters. The Chat follows these instructions unless they clash with its identity as Syniray or its safety rules; to stop, clear the text and save.

    • Memory

      Write the facts you want Syniray to keep in mind — up to 50, of 500 characters each — and delete them one by one or all at once. Switching memory off stops using them without deleting them.

    • Appearance

      Choose the light or the dark theme. The choice is kept in this browser.

    • Languages

      Choose, from five languages, the platform language and the one the Chat's voice dictation listens for. The platform language is saved with your account, and the page reloads in it.

    Plan and credits

    Your plan, your balance and where your credits go.

    • Plan & Credits

      See your plan and its price, your monthly and extra credits and the date the monthly ones renew. From here you can upgrade your plan or buy extra credits.

    • Usage

      See every charge — feature, model, credits and date — and filter by feature and month. A charge from a Chat conversation links back to it.

    Your data

    Clear or download your Chat conversations, Deep Research reports, fact checks, generated documents and agent tasks.

    • History

      Delete your Chat conversations, Deep Research reports, fact checks, generated documents or agent tasks — one type at a time or everything at once. It cannot be undone.

    • Export

      Download a copy of your data as a JSON file — your profile with your conversations, research, fact checks, documents and agent tasks — by type or all together. Saved memories and Personalization instructions are not included.

    Creation

    The model behind the images you create in the Chat.

    • Image model

      Choose GPT-Image-2.5 Flare (the default) or Nano Banana 2.1 to create your images. Each image is charged by the tokens it really uses.

    Academy and Code

    Options that belong only to Syniray Academy or Syniray Code. Outside the product itself, they take you to it, where you manage them.

    • Syniray Academy

      Your academic profile, documents, courses, notes, subjects and Academic memory. Academic memory is separate from the Chat's Memory and stays off until you switch it on and accept the notice that explains it.

    • Syniray Code

      Pair, rename and remove your computers and choose the folders and permissions each one allows; connect your own API keys (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, DeepSeek or an OpenAI-compatible service). You also edit the current project's name and instructions here, or delete the project.

    Languages

    Menus in 13 languages, answers in yours

    Syniray's interface comes in 13 languages: English, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Arabic, Hindi and Russian. It opens in your browser's language when it is one of them, and remembers the one you choose.

    On Syniray's public pages, like this one, the language picker at the top lists all 13. Inside the app, Settings › Languages offers five — English, Portuguese (Portugal and Brazil), Spanish and French — and saves your choice with your account. Where a text has no translation in your language, it appears in English.

    The language of the menus is not the language of the answers. Write to Syniray in any language the models understand — not only these 13 — and it answers in the language you wrote in; if you mix languages, it follows the main one.

    1. Ask

      Write your question, attach files if you need to, and choose a model or a tool — Deep Research, Fact Check, an agent or a file.

    2. Plan and search

      Syniray drafts a plan for the answer and, when the question needs it, searches the web.

    3. Answer with sources

      The answer arrives as it is written, with its sources, its plan and the model's thinking.

    4. Take it further

      Continue it, turn it into a file, share the conversation or keep it in a project.

    Frequently asked questions

    What is the difference between the Chat and Deep Research?

    The Chat answers your question directly, with one web search when it needs current information. Deep Research breaks a question into sub-questions, searches each one and writes a full report with its sources. It takes longer and is available on Pro and Max.

    Does Syniray show where the information comes from?

    Yes. When an answer uses the web, its sources appear with the title, the site and an excerpt, and a panel lists every page used. When a search could not run, the answer says so.

    Which models can I use on the Free plan?

    Syniray 2.0, with real-time web search. The other models are part of Pro and Max.

    Can I upload files and images?

    Yes, on Pro and Max. Each model reads the formats it supports — images, PDFs or text — and Syniray only lets you attach what the chosen model can read.

    Which files can Syniray create?

    Word, PDF, Excel and PowerPoint from the chat. The Syniray Agent can also deliver CSV and web pages (HTML).

    Can I stop an answer?

    Yes. While an answer is being written, the send button becomes a Stop button. What was written is kept and charged, and you can continue it later.

    What happens if I close the page during an answer?

    Nothing is lost: the answer keeps running on Syniray. When you reopen the conversation, you see it finished — or still being written.

    Where is my history kept?

    On Free, in your browser (the last 30 conversations). On Pro and Max, in your account, permanently, with projects and a library.
